Before starting a treatment, the patient must always undergo an initial diagnostic first.
If more than 12 months have passed since your last visit, the primary diagnostic will need to be repeated.
- Appointment cancellationIn case of emergency, you can cancel the visit within 24 hours prior to the visit and choose a new date. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we will ask you to pay the full amount.
- Out of hours appointmentThe cost of therapy outside working hours (by prior arrangement) will increase by 50%.
- At home treatementIn acute cases, when you cannot come to the clinic, the therapist will come to your house. In this case, the price will increase by 100%.
